Marsh Sentinel

The wonderfully shaped tree in this composition actually grows on the opposite side of the view of the St. Simon's marshland that I captured here. I've photographed it several times, under different lighting conditions, and I will probably feature it in other settings....just because I love the shapes of its branches. This painting has found a very special home, not in the St. Simon's area...but in the Colorado mountains. How wonderful to be able to view the soft coastal marshes on your wall and the majestic Rockies out your window.
22 x 28, Oil on Canvas. SOLD
